In order to obtain an accreditation: fill in the following form, read the contents of and accept the terms and conditions of press accreditations for Parada Jeździecka 2012 and confirm your data by clicking on the “send” button. Accreditations give you the right to enter the event area during 22-25 November 2012 in appropriate hours, photograph and film the events and to conduct and record interviews. Assigned accreditations can be collected at MOSiR Sports Hall at Skorupki street 21 on the 21 of November from 10 AM to 2 PM as well as during the event at designated point.
